In The News: Canada Goose, Nike, Danner x Mystery Ranch

Canada Goose has made changes to its executive suite, including the naming of former Wolverine executive Matt Blonder as chief digital officer with responsibility for all consumer-facing digital platforms. Additionally, Juliette Steichenberger is named president of Canada Goose in the EMEA; Ana Mihaljevic assumes the title and responsibilities of head of global stores; and former company consultant Daniel Binder has become chief transformation office and EVP of sales operations and planning.


Nike is expanding its deal with Teaneck, NJ-based Cognizant after 14 years of collaboration with the Swoosh. Under a new five-year agreement, Cognizant will consolidate several of Nike’s existing IT support function across 230 locations and in more than 40 countries and help both Nike employees and customers with their technical support needs.


Outdoor footwear brand Danner has released a collab with pack brand Mystery Ranch. Inspired by the rich, layered colors of Big Sky Country sunsets, the collection features a pack, gaiters and a limited-edition footwear style, the Danner x MYSTERY RANCH Trail 2650 Mesh GTX. The gaiter-compatible $200 trail hiker has a lightweight mesh upper, a GORE-TEX waterproof liner and a Vibram outsole with Megagrip.
