In a deal between two competitors in the activewear apparel space, S&S Activewear has completed its acquisition of TSC Apparel, the parent of Tultex.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, TSC is a national B2B distributor of imprintable apparel products and accessories. The seller was CenterGate Capital, an Austin-based private equity investment firm.
