Dick’s Sporting Goods-owned outdoor retail concept Public Lands is set to open four new stores this fall, more than doubling its brick-and-mortar presence. The new store locations set to open are: Framingham, MA, Oct. 14; Melville, NY, Oct. 21; Kennesaw, GA, Oct. 28; and Medford, OR, Nov. 4. Public Lands already has locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH and Charlottesville, VA.

The retailer also announced that it would celebrate National Public Lands Day by doubling its 1% of sales giveback in-store and online for the week of September 18 through September 25. In its first year, Public Lands donated 1% of all sales to the Public Lands Fund. The Public Lands Fund has granted more than $500,000 to 15 local and national partners dedicated to conservation and increasing access and equity in the outdoors.
