Speedland SL:PDX

Footwear industry veterans Dave Dombrow and Kevin Fallon are behind the launch of new trail running footwear brand Speedland. Creating product with the best performance materials in mind, the brand is launching with the $375 SL:PDX, a performance trail running shoe that has a customizable outsole, removable carbon plate, and a BOA Li2 dial platform. Product, delivering in August, is available on the brand’s website at runspeedland.com.

Norda 001

Canadian running brand Norda, founded in 2020, is launching the first-ever shoe with Dyneema. Delivering in August, the $285 Norda 001 has an upper seamlessly constructed with Dyneema — a fiber engineered at the molecular level to provide high strength and low weight, and one that also has waterproof and breathable properties. It also features a Norda x Vibram exclusive Formation sole with Litebase and Megagrip rubber 5mm lugs.

Dynafit Sky DNA

This $180 trail running shoe, launching in Spring ’22,  is engineered for demanding inclines and extreme technical terrain. Weighing in at 230 grams, the Sky DNA has a durable and flexible Pebax foam midsole for energy return and a Vibram Megagrip Outsole with Litebase Technology for lightweight traction. Its double speed lacing forms to the entire foot to ensure no pinch points while a roomy toe box allows more space for a speedy descent.

Scarpa Golden Gate ATR

Built for a wide variety of terrain, the Spring ’22 Golden Gate ATR (All-Terrain Crusher) features the brand’s Adaptive Cushioning System to absorb and return energy efficiently. The $139 shoe’s upper construction is inspired by the structure of suspension bridges such as the Golden Gate and offers a secure, sock-like fit. It also features a rounded, open toe box for comfort and a Presa outsole with the brand’s Super Gum rubber for traction.
