Adidas has opened its first Adidas Terrex pop-up store in the U.S. with a location in Portland, Oregon’s Pearl District. Terrex is the outdoor label from Adidas, including a range of outdoor and hiking offerings, from apparel to footwear and accessories. The store, which is also offering community events such as film screenings, discussions and happy hours, is set to remain open through May 2023.

Northern California sports specialty retailer Sports Basement has opened its first Southern California location. Sports Basement Orange County opened in November in a former Fry’s Electronics location in Fountain Valley, CA. It is the CA retail chain’s 12^th store in the state.

Sports Basement Orange County’s offerings include a full range of active and outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment, from running and hiking gear to skis, snowboards and bikes. It also has a community events space.

Under Armour is partnering with the XFL, the pro football league co-owned by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, as the League’s Official Uniform Partner. Beginning in the 2023 XFL season, Under Armour will be the exclusive provider of all on-field uniforms, including jerseys, base layer, sideline and training apparel, for all XFL teams. The league’s next season is set to kick off play in February 2023.
