Gared Holdings Names Johnson As New CEO

Gared Holdings this week reported that its board of directors has hired Marcus Johnson as chief executive officer of Gared Holdings, LLC (DBA Gared and PSS), effective immediately. He succeeds Kevin Hinkamper. Most recently, Johnson was VP–operations for Greenville Technology, headquartered in Anderson, IN.
“I am extremely excited and humbled to return to the company in this new capacity,” says Johnson. “Being part of a company with such history and a brand that has earned such respect and appreciation in the market is a privilege.”
Gared Holdings also promoted Don Carle to chief revenue officer of Gared Holdings and president of Gared, Gared International and PSS divisions of Gared Holdings. Carle began with PSS in 1990 as an estimator, then moved up to national sales manager in the late 1990s and promoted to PSS vice president of sales in 2012.
Laura St. George, formerly VP at Gared and EVP/Managing Members of Gared Holdings, has reportedly left the company.
