Foot Locker Sets New Organizational Structure; Names New N.A. Chief

Foot Locker’s latest senior executive moves are part of a new organizational structure that will aim to “foster greater agility and speed-to-act” as it works to elevate the customer experience.
Andy Gray is shifting to a new role as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, where he will lead Foot Locker’s efforts to improve customer experience for Foot Locker around the globe. Meanwhile, Frank Bracken, the former SVP and GM for Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker U.S. and VP and GM of Foot Locker Canada, is now the EVP and CEO of North America.
In other personnel moves at Foot Locker, W. Scott Martin is named EVP and CEO for Asia Pacific and Chief Strategy and Development Officer; Lewis P. Kimble, who is no longer EVP and CEO for Asia Pacific, will retire from the company on Aug. 31; and Jake Jacobs, the former CEO of North American operations, is also retiring on Aug. 31.
