Performance, comfort and the perfect fit. That’s what active consumers are looking for in their footwear, and they are looking for it in their insoles and socks, too. These essential items check all those boxes, and then some.

Feetures

Elite Invisible Running Sock

Feetures is introducing the Elite Invisible running sock for Spring ’23. This no show sock has the maximum amount of technology in the minimum amount of running sock. It’s equipped with targeted compression to offer support where it is needed, technical mesh ventilation to keep feet cool and comfortable, a higher tab protects the heel while staying hidden, and Heel Hugger 2.0 silicone tape to help the sock stay up in the most strenuous of running conditions. Feetures introduced its Everyday No Show socks in 2018 for casual use. These invisible socks were a hit with consumers looking for an invisible sock that would stay up, but they weren’t designed specifically for active use. Feetures saw an opportunity for a more versatile invisible sock. “We saw a white space in the market. There were many no show socks on the market, but none designed with the runner in mind. We knew there were active customers looking for an invisible sock and no other brands were meeting this need,” says Song Ngyuen, Feetures VP of Product. Available January 2023. MSRP $18.

They are also fast-drying and made to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Wigwam

Bravura Quarter

The Bravura is knit with patented SynchroKnit technology — it is a contour knit with a custom fit. The patented knitting process reduces the knit stitches, enabling socks to follow the natural contour of the foot, meaning no bunching, no slipping, and a custom fit. The sock is also knit with fiber made from plastic bottles and utilizes a fiber solution called CiCLO. This allows naturally occurring microbes in the environment to consume synthetic based fibers just like it would natural fibers. It is one step to help reduce the burden on the environment. MSRP $18.

Sidas

Run Feel Socks

These new running socks from Sidas are designed to work alongside insoles to improve performance and reduce slippage within the running shoe. The Run Feel Socks include a ventilation zone under the arch of the foot as well as an ankle support zone to improve stability between the ankle and heel. This reduces the risk of injuries and reinforces the power transfer to the insoles. Whether worn by a sprinter or an ultra-runner, these socks are designed to improve the quality of any run.
