CEP Goes Ultralight

Helping athletes stay cool and dry during the hot summer running season is the name of the game in CEP Compression’s new Ultralight collection. Built with medical-grade graduated compression, the line includes socks and calf sleeves made with carbon-infused yarn that provides strength and elasticity while also staying cool and lightweight.

Active Comfort from OS1st

The AC4 Active Comfort sock from OS1st features nano-bamboo fiber cushion where it counts and Skin Thin technology for a cooling effect. These protect from blisters, stop slide and keep feet dry while on the move or during recovery. Designed to be a go-to sock that works for any activity, the AC4 is constructed with a deep, Y-gore heel pocket, anatomical left/right design, and varying levels of compression. Plus, it offers an ideal fit with good arch support.

Swiftwick’s Park Vision

Swiftwick has added five new designs to its Vision Six Impression National Park sock line, which now features designs showcasing the Rocky Mountains, Denali, Arches, Joshua Tree, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Zion, Great Smoky Mountains, Yosemite, and Grand Canyon. Each sock is made with high-performance fibers that wick moisture to keep feet dry, cool and blister-free, and feature 360̊ prints of these National Parks.

Tread Labs Focuses on Support

Founded in 2015 by the original creator and founder of Chaco Sandals, Mark Paigen, Tread Labs makes insoles with the goal of improving support in footwear. The company has three different series in their insole line: Ramble insoles aim to keep feet cozy and happy all day; Pace insoles are designed to reduce pain with medical grade support; and Dash carbon fiber insoles are built to optimize biomechanics and boost performance.

A Slim Style from Cadence

Insole brand Cadence has launched the ¾ Slim, a thin, 3mm insole designed for women’s low volume flats, boots, athleisure wear, and other low depth dress footwear. It provides broad semi-rigid support with a thin layer of polyurethane foam under the heel for comfort, and has an unstructured heel for a flexible fit. The ¾ Slim, $39.95, is exclusive to and only available for purchase from select retailers and doctors offices. It is not available for online sales.
