Adidas And Foot Locker Announce Enter Strategic Partnership


Bound to have a significant impact on sporting goods retail and team sports, the recently announced partnership between Adidas and Foot Locker – built around product and deeper consumer connectivity – makes Adidas Foot Locker’s leading partner in the all-important basketball category.

The partnership also includes developing and expanding key franchises in women’s, kids’ and apparel, including all Foot Locker banners in North America, EMEA and the Asia-Pacific, targeting over $2 billion in retail sales by 2025, which would nearly triple sales from 2021.

The partnership will also focus on Originals franchises, including NMD, Superstar and Stan Smith, and on the Adidas influencer partnership portfolio. It also includes a prominent role for Foot Locker in the launch of Adidas’ new Sportswear product division targeting the lifestyle consumer.
