Pretty Prints

Watercolor hues, floral patterning and a sense of fun make styles with playful prints a must-have across silhouettes.

A cheerful floral allover print makes the Skillz clog from Alegria ($89.95) the ultimate spring footnote.

The Ice Multi Bouquet from Rieker, $125, sports a floral pattern.

“The Alegria customer loves floral prints, so we had too much fun  infusing Liberty pops throughout the line.” – Megan Gold, design director, Alegria

Enjoiya’s jute-wrapped $59.99 Journey sneaker takes a walk on the wild side with a fresh takeon leopard print.

Statement neutrals get a shot in the arm with hits of animal print and glitter on Geox’s $150 D Doralea trainer.

OFFICE MATES

The new workplace means comfortable, easy-wearing styles that deliver clean lines and a polished look.

Naot’s Royalty wedge slide ($160) glams things up with a sophisticated upper pairing metallic gold with cork-look leathers.

Ara’s Kelowna loafer ($194.95) shows the power of using a bold and unexpected color on a classic silhouette.

For spring ’22 Geox has expanded its bouncy, breathable Spherica platform into sandals, notably this $130 black-on-black leather style.

“Neutrals such as beige, brown, wheat and cream will be strong, as well as bold hues like bright blue and coral. Pale pink, lavender and mint green provide a softer focus... Fun prints jazz up any outfit. Supple leathers and soft suedes are a prerequisite. Above all, comfort reigns as the highest priority!” – Vanessa Bolieiro, VP of Product Development, Enjoiya Group

Secret Celebrity’s Roxi sandal ($49.99) has a memory-foam insole and a classic jute-wrapped platform for comfort.

The Society cage sandal from L’Artiste ($169.95) uses bold metallics for a style tailor-made for kicking up your heels.

NEUTRAL STANDING

Classic neutrals are always a sophisticated choice, and right now shades of tan, bone, ivory, canvas and camel look fresher than ever done in textural leathers and mixed materials, or offset with eye-catching metallic pops.

Complementary neutrals and a sophisticated lace-up upper make the SAS Sedona wedge a versatile wardrobe staple for spring.

Ecco’s $100 MX Onshore sport sandal has a motocross-inspired outsole, a fully-adjustable upper and a trend-right design.

“Inspired by the Arizona city recognized as a place of healing and spiritual renewal, the Sedona sandal was designed for a spirit of discovery and renewal. The casual materials and colors are easy to wear, along with a blend of memory foam and high-density PU work together on top of an all-rubber traction sole for all day stability and comfort.” – Jesse Daniels, head of design, SAS

The metallic gleam of its rose gold leather upper shines in the Pier ankle-strap wedge ($159.95) by Naot.

A neutral look with flashes of metallic, the Newark from Rieker shines with its detailed upper.

“Naot’s top 3 trends for spring 2022 are neutrals, soft metallics and white.” – Ayelet Lax Levy, President, Naot USA.

Xelero’s Heidi ($269.99) has a clean look and is built to help wearers walk easier and stay on their feet longer, with less pain.

HAPPY COLOR

Exuberant, life-affirming shades take center stage this season, with moody blues, saturated pinks, vibrant yellows and shades from across the spectrum enlivening dress shoes and casual looks alike—and looking even more striking when paired together.

Alegria’s Duette style ($89.95) has comfort built in and also notches style points with a cherry-pink upper with fun floral accents.

Geox uses nappa leather and Econyl—a regenerated and regenerable nylon yarn—for its retro-look Spherica sneaker ($150).
