Skechers

In May, Skechers introduced the Aero Series, the brand’s latest evolution of technical running shoes, beginning with the Aero Burst and Aero Spark. One of the newest products to hit retail from the Aero Series is the Aero Tempo ($170), a high-performance shoe offering a dynamic cushioned design. The streamlined performance trainer is designed to take runners from speed day to race day. It features a lightweight, breathable woven TPU upper, a Hyper Burst blend in the midsole, plus an internal full-length carbon-infused H-plate. Additionally, a Hyper Burst Pro sockliner offers underfoot cushioning and responsiveness. It also has a durable Goodyear Performance Outsole.

Diadora

The Nucleo GR ($160) is a new gravel shoe from Diadora, built for runners who go from pavement to path. The Nucleo 2 GR offers versatile comfort and grip for mixed terrain. This is a hybrid daily trainer with trail-readiness—durable, cushioned, and secure, with a stable ride that adapts to both asphalt and natural surfaces. The Anima midsole delivers 65% energy return. The Duratech 5000 outsole offers durability and traction for road and off-road surfaces. For runners who need one shoe to do it all. The shoe has a 5mm drop, with stack height 37/32 mm.

Norda

The Canadian performance run brand has launched its first recovery product, the 008 recovery slide ($145). Designed to help runners recover from the demands of tough runs or long hours on foot, the 008 features a durable and grippy Vibram ECOSTEP Soleplate made with recycled rubber compounds, along with a Dual Density Foam Footbed for softness and support. A minimal yet secure foam strap keeps the foot snug without pressure.

Mount to Coast

The ultrarunning and long-distance performance footwear brand Mount to Coast recently launched its first trail shoe, the T1 ($180). Designed to support the needs of endurance runners on technical terrain, the lightweight shoe features the brand’s LightCELL midsole base material and a Vibram Lightbase sole to reduce weight by 30%. High-performance DuPont Kevlar upper fabric delivers durability. The shoe also has a TUNEDFIT Dual-lacing System with a water-repellant anti-siphon knit tongue – a combination that won an ISPO award for the brand. Vibram Megagrip 4mm outsole shark tooth lugs deliver superior grip on any terrain. The shoe design accommodates for foot splay and swelling with a wide toe box and modest stack heights (heel 36 mm, forefoot 32mm, 4 mm drop).

Tailwind

High Carb Fuel drink mix is developed for use by endurance athletes, delivering 90g of carbs per serving in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, plus 660mg of sodium and 90mg of potassium—in a “gut-friendly” formula. It is formulated so more energy is absorbed, with less stomach distress. Tested by top pros, it is designed to meet the carb demands of marathons, cycling, triathlons, ultras and other endurance efforts where fueling well can make or break the day. High Carb Fuel comes in two flavors: Ginger Lime, featuring organic ginger extract to support digestion, and Lemonade. Suggested retail pricing is $3.99 (single) and $23.49 (6-pack).

2XU

The brand’s Light Speed React Compression Tights ($159.99)  offer full-length compression and feature HeiQ Smart Temp technology that senses any rise in body temperature, increasing the evaporation of perspiration through the fabric to keep runners cooler for optimal performance. The tights have compression with Muscle Containment Stamping (MCS) that traces the quadriceps; to dissipate the load transfer on the knee joint, and calf; to alleviate muscle strain during the toe phase of running. A bonded waistband offers a comfortable fit. Also has reflective X logos on the thigh and calf.

Kiprun

The women’s 8L trail running vest ($119) is designed to deliver chest comfort and freedom. A patented lateral tightening system adjusts strap height for stability and support, and the pack comes with two 500ml soft flasks. Kiprun, a brand owned by French retailer Decathlon, is preparing a U.S. footwear launch with new road and trail shoes coming in Spring ’26. First, they are “soft launching” by introducing running vests to the U.S. market. While Kiprun is currently only available online at decathlon.com in the U.S., distribution at specialty run is a focus going forward, per the company, beginning with the official brand launch in Spring ’26.
