NAERA Urging Prompt Attention To Reconditioning

Share:

The National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association (NAERA) recently distributed a letter regarding the reconditioning of athletic equipment and the impact supply chain and other issues may have on getting equipment, such as football helmets, in time for the 2022-2023 school year. That letter is excerpted here:

“NAERA is informing schools and organizations that NAERA members are receiving a high volume of reconditioning for the 2022 season. Supply chain, parts and labor issues continue to affect the reconditioning processes. Equipment received after April 1st for reconditioning and recertification, may affect your return date. New helmet purchases that require painting may be affected as well. NAERA encourages you to send in your equipment for reconditioning and recertification as soon as possible.
