Bison Thanks Its Employees For Extra Effort
Companies around the team sports business are certainly struggling with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on spring and summer sales, but many are finding ways to stay open and to reward loyal employees that have made that possible.
One of them is equipment supplier Bison, which sent TeamInsightExtra a mock-up of a T-shirt it is distributing this week to its employees next week as a surprise thank you for their efforts to protect each other and continue operating its manufacturing facility to serve our customers.
Last week employees were also treated to a free barbeque lunch, social distancing style, with supervisors distributing the box lunches to individual employees. Bison tells us they thought it was important to “thank our staff for a job well done as we all navigate through this unusual world.”
